·         Attend faculty association meeting to answer questions and to make announcements

·         Centralize professional development information on the CTL Web site

·         Clarify the process of applying for and getting reimbursement funds

·         Maintain records of faculty requests, amount approved, and actual amount reimbursed to monitor monies spent throughout the academic school year

·         Meet on a monthly basis to process requests and reimbursements

·         Obtain a paragraph from each faculty member who receives professional development money BEFORE one of the committee chairs signs off on the SEMA4.
